When it comes to brand loyalty and customer retention, Toyota/Lexus takes two of the top three spots, including first place for Toyota. Tesla EVs split the two renowned Japanese brands.
Top-quality products, plus excellent reliability and service are all factors that enhance customer retention levels, suggesting that the best performers here are excellent choices for fleet shortlists.
Carwow Group carried out the research which names 32 automotive brands in order of customer retention
